CAN I ORDER A SAMPLE?

Sample packs can be purchased here or on our Etsy page (link). Unfortunately, samples are not personalised to your wedding, however, these do give you the opportunity to check the quality craftsmanship and design of our invitations.  Your sample will be sent to you within 1-3 days.

CAN I MEET WITH YOU TO DISCUSS MY STATIONERY?

Studio Siempre is based in Surrey. If you would like to discuss wedding stationery in person with us we can arrange a meeting where we can bring along a selection of our samples for you to view. Meeting in person may be particularly valuable for those looking for a custom wedding invitation.

WILL THE COLOUR OF MY STATIONERY LOOK LIKE IT DOES ON SCREEN?

Not necessarily. Due to variations in monitor calibration, colour can differ to its appearance in print. For this reason, we cannot offer refunds or returns on the basis that colour appears slightly differently in hand to the digital proofs.

CAN THE FONT BE CHANGED?

The fonts chosen are what we feel works best within the design of the stationery. If however there is a font you love, we would be more than happy to change the font/s at no extra cost.

CAN THE COLOURS BE CHANGED?

Yes, most of our wedding stationery collections can have their colours altered. Please either select one of the colour collections from Studio Siempre’s ink palette or if you require a custom mixed colour please e-mail your colour swatch or a Pantone reference to Annabel@studiosiempre.com.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?

A minimum order of 8 applies to table names, numbers and menu cards and a minimum order of 50 applies to save the date cards, wedding invitations, evening invitations, RSVP cards, information cards, belly bands, place cards and Orders of Service.

I NEED LESS THAN 50 INVITATIONS, CAN YOU HELP?

We may be able to help depending on the quantity needed, however the cost per item will be higher than the prices listed. This also applies if you need extra invitations/stationery following an initial order.

CAN YOU PRINT GUEST NAMES ON TO OUR WEDDING STATIONERY?

Unfortunately, this service is not currently available; however we do offer a hand written calligraphy option at an extra cost.

CAN YOU PRINT GUEST NAMES ON TO OUR ENVELOPES?

This service is available at an extra additional cost of 90p an envelope.

WHAT IS THE LEAD TIME?

For invitation orders your first proof will be ready within 1 -3 days of your payment. Printing takes 3-5 working days from your final approval until your order is shipped. Shipping is 2-5 days’ dependent on location. If you are short on time, please let us know and where possible we will endeavour to speed things up.

HOW MUCH DOES THE DELIVERY COST?

UK mainland delivery is free on orders over £300.00. For orders under £300.00, delivery costs £4.95. This excludes the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands.

HOW WILL MY STATIONERY BE DELIVERED?

Delivery is Monday–Friday via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Delivery on all orders is tracked and will require a signature on receipt.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Studio Siempre does offer international shipping, please contact us for shipping rates. Please note, Studio Siempre is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments, as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that might apply to you. International deliveries often exceed expected delivery time and we encourage patience in this time.

WHAT ARE YOUR REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICIES?

Studio Siempre cannot accept returns and does not offer refunds. By approving your final proof, you accept responsibility for the information and layout as shown. We strongly recommend that you get a second person to proof-read your invitations. If errors are discovered after proof approval by you then Studio Siempre will need to charge for all reprinting and associated postage fees.
